Snuffles visits Belfast
His next adventure was to board a Jersey European airline to Belfast. It was November and he was attending the Staffordshire County weekend in Lorne the Guide Training Centre. He decided having seen his bedroom he wanted the top bunk but very quickly found his legs were not long enough to get down! The weekend went well with lots of fun and food and a walk down to the sea.
Then I go to Paris
Liz our young Leader was due to travel to Paris a couple of weeks later so
she took Snuffles with her.
He had a great time and visited many interesting places including the Chateau
of Versailles and Trianon and the Eiffel Tower. Amazingly enough when he was
at the top of the Tower he met some English Guiders. Snuffles came home by
P and O Stena line ferry across the English Channel and rested for a few days
